Oqal Angel Investors Network
Oqal is the first angel investor network in Saudi Arabia. Established in Riyadh in 2011, and expanded to Jeddah, Eastern Province, Qassim, and Bahrain. The network through its 300 members has invested 60 million SAR in tech startups around the region.
